Integrate Online Booking with Facebook Mobile App

It is now possible to give your clients the opportunity to book with you right inside Facebook's mobile app. All you need to do is use the Create Call to Action button on your business' Facebook page. You will likely need to set up the integration using the Facebook website and not the app.
  1. Log in to your business' Facebook page and click the Create Call to Action button in the page header. 
  2. Select Book Now in the drop-down menu on the left. 
  3. Add the URL for the Booking page from your Online Booking site to the Website field. The URL will be http://[ACCOUNT NAME].myonlineappointment.com/Booking.
  4. Leave No selected in the option to link with an app.
  5. Click the Create button in the lower right.
That's it! Now, when clients visit your Facebook page using the mobile app, a band that says BOOK NOW will be stretched across the the top of the page just under the header. When clicked, the client will be taken to your booking page in the Facebook web browser to create an appointment.
